Privacy policy

Effective date: 4 November 2026

This policy explains what data the twinny.ru website and the Twinny games, including Shiba Breakout, collect, why they collect it, and what you can do about it.

Who we are

Twinny is a mobile game studio run by Efanov Boris Olegovich, IP, a sole proprietor registered in Russia (TIN 772093213630, OGRNIP 325774600633021). He is responsible for the data described in this policy.

For any question or request about your data, write to hello@twinny.ru.

The website

twinny.ru has no cookies, analytics, forms or ad trackers. We host the fonts and scripts ourselves, so opening the site doesn't send requests to Google Fonts or other outside services.

The site runs on Timeweb Cloud servers. Like most web servers, they can record technical data about each request in their logs: IP address, time, the page requested and browser type. These logs help keep the site working and secure. We don't use them to find out who you are.

If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you write. We use it only to reply and delete the conversation when you ask.

Our games

What stays on your device

Your progress and settings are stored on your phone. Our games have no accounts and don't ask for your name, email or phone number. There are no in-app purchases. The games don't ask for access to your location, contacts, camera or microphone.

Advertising and analytics

Our games are free and show ads through the Yandex Mobile Ads SDK from YANDEX LLC. It works together with AppMetrica, Yandex's analytics SDK, which the ads need in order to run. These SDKs send data from your device directly to Yandex:

  • the advertising ID of your device, to show ads and measure how they perform;
  • crash reports and diagnostic data, such as the battery level at the moment of a crash;
  • technical information about the device, such as the operating system version and screen type;
  • your IP address, which any server sees when the game connects to it.

Yandex uses this data to show ads, measure them and give us statistics on ads and crashes. Yandex handles it under its own privacy policy.

Ads may be personalized. You can turn off personalized ads and reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings.

If you are in the EU, the UK or another country where the law requires consent, the game asks for it before sharing data for personalized ads. You can change your choice in the game settings.

We don't sell your data and don't combine it with other data about you.

How data is protected

Yandex says its SDKs encrypt this data in transit: the ads SDK uses HTTPS/TLS and AppMetrica uses AES-128. The website works over HTTPS. We don't run our own servers for the games, so we don't store your game data ourselves.

How long data is kept and how to delete it

  • Game data on your device stays there until you delete the game or clear its data in your phone settings.
  • Data sent to Yandex is kept under Yandex's privacy policy. You can reset your advertising ID at any time, and your device gets a new one.
  • To ask us to delete data linked to your device, write to hello@twinny.ru. We'll send the request through the data deletion tools Yandex gives developers.
  • We delete our email conversations with you when you ask.

Children

Our games are not made for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child's data has reached us, write to hello@twinny.ru and we'll have it deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what data we have about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Write to hello@twinny.ru. We reply within 10 working days.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. If a game starts collecting new kinds of data, we update the policy before that version comes out.
